The assignment is a case report consisting of three main segments; The Case, Discussion on management or relevant learning points in the case, and Reflection.
The first one contains the details of the case as shown in the sample i uploaded. I have a summary of a case I want you to use and realistically expand on it and add more details within reason. I uploaded the file as “case” this is the case i want you to use. I want a similar level of details and as the sample and a similar organisation and subsections. In some sections i wrote “normal findings” .. report them as relevant positive and negative findings. For example when i say she has a normal period .. you can expand on that by saying that her cycle is 28 days and the menstruation lasts for 5 days .. etc.. do the same with all sections
towards the end summarize the case about the management of the case in a greater detail which ultimately ended in an emergency c-section and the baby was fine after delivery and did not require resuscitation. and then follow up summary the mother and baby were transferred to the postnatal clinic and they were doing well. no complications after surgery

the next part is the most important part of the paper it should be between 1500 and 2000 words.. do not exceed that or write less.
thats the discussion and reflection
the discussion is the main part and should be the most word count. It includes a detailed analysis of the management of the case, using the published literature/guidelines (preferably nice guidelines/ Irish or UK) , critically analysed, to support your discussion topics should be provided.
Include references to relevant peer-reviewed research in the discussion section. Discussion may include broader issues such as ethical issues / patient safety issues that may arise in the case.
next is the reflection and it should demonstrate learning points and where you envisage this learning will be of benefit to you in your professional career.
