For this assignment, you will reflect on the Work Values Card Sort and Career Skills Inventory exercises you completed in Week 6, articulate your professional goals and career plans, and write an action plan for implementing those goals and plans. here is my results Top Five Values Help Others and Society I help other people or contribute to the betterment of a larger community. Conclusion Making career choices based on personal values leads to greater fulfillment and work satisfaction. Now that you’ve prioritized your values through this card sort activity, reflect on what was simple, what was challenging, and what provoked serious self-reflection. From there, reflect on your personal and career choices and how congruent your decisions have been thus far. Consider how you will incorporate these values into your future career choices. Make sure to record your top five values for future reference. It’s also worthwhile to note the value statements that you eliminated or considered to be lower priorities.
