Select two of the paradigm shifts identified by the Equity Literacy Institute and thoroughly discuss how you would purposefully integrate these concepts, approaches or ideas into your curricular and instructional decision-making as well as in the creation of culturally responsive classroom that embraces the diverse learning needs of all students.
