Interpersonal Communication.

Imagine that you have been hired by a real company or organization (preferably one that you have worked for in the past) to offer training in Interpersonal Communication to its employees. Based on the material covered in this course, decide what you consider to be the two most important interpersonal skills from which employees would benefit. Explain why you chose the company and skills you did and provide me with any and all information I would need to understand the inner workings of this company (i.e. the number of people employed, their ages, cultural background, education level, history of the company, etc.). Then design a pair of activities (one for each skill) that you believe would help identify the problem you have chosen or improve on it. The two activities need not be related to each other.
