In this assignment, you will need to complete this worksheet using the article by Bernstein (Chapter 3 of the Hogan book) and ONE secondary source of your choice from your bibliography. For each source, you will:

Include a full bibliographic citation for the source in Chicago/Turabian format

Identify the author or authors, describe their professional background and credentials, and list any other major works they have published. You may need to search for the author in Google, or you may find a short biography of the author within the book or journal article you are reviewing.

Identify the thesis or main argument of the source. What is the author trying to say, and what evidence do they present to support their main point or claim?
Explain why the author or authors are writing this book or article. What larger conversation or debate are they entering?

Evaluate whether this is a reliable or convincing source. Where might the argument be weak or vulnerable? Does the author or authors succeed in making their argument convincing? Why or why not?

Assess whether this source is relevant to your topic, and what information you’ve learned from it. Will this source be useful for you, and if so, how?
