You will write a paper of YOUR CHOOSING and how they are mixed together but at the end they both seperate due to how its baked. This method of baking its different, this dessert is baked in a water bath. You will talk about the coagulation, macronutrients, emulsifiers and proteins. Also, what would occur if it is over baked and what would occur if it is underbaked.
